After graduating from Fudan University in 1997, where I received a basic training in Classical and Modern Chinese Language and Arts, I spent several years in the Russian diplomatic service at various positions with the Embassy in Beijing, the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, and MFA headquarters in Moscow, serving as an “in-house” interpreter for the Russian leaders in their negotiations with China.
In 2015, I joined the CASS Doctoral Program in Beijing. I also published translations (into Chinese, Russian, and English) of works related to various aspects of traditional Chinese culture (I-Ching, Tai-Chi, etc.)
I certify that I have the legal status to work as a freelancer when participating in services and projects via Crayfish.io.
In particular, if you are on an international student visa (Tier 4 visa holder), you cannot carry out freelance or self-employed work via Crayfish.io, unless you are a doctorate student.
