If you provide Information to us by filling in forms on our website. This may include information provided at the time of registering, purchasing services, posting material, sending messages and posting in our WorkSpace Platform making or receiving payments through the Crayfish Wallet Function or requesting further services, making a compliant or raising any other query or comment.

Details of transactions you carry out via our website.

We may ask you for information when you report an issue or concern or we have or receive a complaint or query about you (whether or not a formal Dispute is raised).

From time to time, we may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes and to improve our services, although you are not obliged to participate.

Details of the messages you send and receive using our WorkSpace Platform including without limitation, the contents of that message. Messages are not private and are not confidential.

If you provide services of any sort to us, or apply to work with or for us.

Certain personal data is mandatory to be provided to us in order that we can fulfil your request, for example to purchase Services, and we shall make this clear to you at the point of collection of the personal data.

If you provide to us personal data about any other individual, you must have their consent to do so.
