Why do you need the China Employment Contract and Employee Handbook service?

According to Chinese labour law, it is mandatory for employers to sign employment contracts with full time employees within one month starting from the first day of working. For foreign invested enterprises (FIEs/WFOEs), representative offices, and branches in China, you will be required to have an employment contract and staff handbook in place to include responsibilities and rights of both employers and employees according to the local legislation and HR rules .

Discussion of HR policy and drafting of staff handbook.
