According to Chinese labour law, it is mandatory for employers to sign employment contracts with full time employees within one month starting from the first day of working. For foreign invested enterprises (FIEs/WFOEs), representative offices, and branches in China, you will be required to have an employment contract and staff handbook in place to include responsibilities and rights of both employers and employees according to the local legislation and HR rules .

The deliverables will be:
1. Preparation of labour contracts
Draft labour contracts using standard templates and in consideration of employer specific demands
2. Preparation of Staff Handbook
Discussion of HR policy and drafting of staff handbook.
All documents will be prepared in Chinese in accordance with the legal requirement in China.
