When do you need help to call a supplier?

You have an urgent issue waiting for feedback from your supplier or the factory in China but they are not responding to your email. Or you called but no one was able to speak English. What else can you do?  Ideally, you need someone who can make that important call within hours of your request, to help you get the message across in their native language and report back straightaway for your decision making, or just give you the peace of mind you seek.

Deliverables:

You will get one hour's time of a Chinese speaker who can make a call to a given number/mobile, passing on your message or getting the answer for a question you want to ask.  He/she will summarise the call to you in English.

FAQ

Yes, you can hire a local specialist to visit the contract manufacturers for you and get the information you need about the contract manufacturer.  We offer this service on our platform as well, and you will get a short report in English, with answers to your specific questions and photos about the contract manufacturer from the visit.

Yes, you should always ask for samples before you settle for a contract manufacturer in China. However, this can be less straightforward if there is no existing mould for the product you want to make.  You may also have to pay for costs in getting the samples shipped to you.  It is advisable to hire a local person to liaise on such matters with the shortlisted contract manufacturers.

We will find someone who speaks the language of the supplier and is available to call on short notice.  Wherever possible, we will make sure this person has some knowledge of manufacturing or sourcing.
