FAE现场应用工程师
工作位置：北京海淀区
基本要求：2年以上，本科（背景优秀应届生可考虑，薪资另议）
月资：2万至4万人民币

职位描述

工作内容和职责：

• 测试并评估模组性能，包含镜头，马达，IC芯片，影像传感器等等，并对内汇报结果。
• 支持手机厂/IC芯片厂/模组厂/马达厂工程师完成调试和测试。
• 指导手机厂和模组厂建立相关测试项目以及错误分析。
• 发生重大问题时提供现场支持。
• 保持良好客户关系。
• 和英国总部以及中国分公司资深FAE经理沟通。

岗位要求：

• 同时具有独立支持能力及团队合作能力。
• 有相机模组相关经验，形状记忆合金（SMA）或音圈马达（VCM）的自动对焦（AF）或光学防抖（OIS）应用经验尤佳。
• 有模组厂工作经历，SMA或VCM马达厂的相关经历，尤其机械设计/软件开发/测试方面尤佳。
• 有FAE工作经历尤佳。
• 有销售工作经历尤佳。
• 办公地点位于北京，但有国内/外频繁出差意愿。
• 流利的英语听说读写能力（口语沟通和商业信函等）。

Job Description

Main responsibilities

• To test/evaluate module performance, including lens, actuators, IC, and sensor, and report the results internally.
• To co-work with handset/driver IC/camera module makers (CMM)/actuator makers (AM) engineers for tuning and test
• To instruct handset customers and CMM factories how to bring up the related test stations and how to do Failure Analysis (FA).
• On-site support when big issue happens.
• To maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Communicate with headquarter engineers and senior FAE managers.

Requirements

• Be able to work independently but value teamwork  
• Best to have module and SMA/VCM (AF&OIS) actuator basic knowledge (but not necessary)
• Best to have experience in working with CMM or SMA/VCM (AF&OIS) actuator factory, especially mechanical design/software development/test department
• Have FAE experience (preferred).
• Have sales experience (preferred).
• Be based in Beijing but can accept frequent travel in China and occasionally outside of China.
• English fluently written and spoken.
