Clicking on “buy now” will place your order for this service and you can complete the payment with Paypal, or your bank card (via Stripe).
*Fees for additional services (Featured or NDA) are required at this stage so you will be directed to PayPal for payment as part of the posting process.** Please note that any budget will include our service fee.
Project communication
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation within two working days from one of our carefully pre-selected service providers about kicking off the project. They will use our in-platform communication tool (the Workspace) to ask questions, send documents, report progress and complete milestones with you.
Delivery and payment
After the service is delivered or a milestone completed, you will be asked to give your approval through the Workspace. Upon your approval, Crayfish will release the project fee to the provider who delivered your project. You can download project invoices under “My Finance” from your dashboard.
