We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager who is passionate about West-China business interactions, and capable of delivering high quality project management service to clients.
What you’ll do
•Support our business development & sales team to secure business from clients
•Manage and deliver client assignments to meet agreed deadline efficiently by managing our suppliers and associates to work alongside our in-house team of specialists
•Understand the client’s needs accurately and address any problems timely and effectively
•Work with other parts of the business to provide best client experience
Who you are
•Minimum 3 years experience in management consulting, market research, operational management and business development.
•Fluent and excellent language skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
•Excellent in written communication
•Confident, hardworking, and good in handling pressure and multiple deadlines.
•A good decision maker with great attention to detail
•A calm and diplomatic team player
•Good at multi-tasking
•Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural environment
•Have a good grasp of IT in particular MS Point, Word, Excel
•Experience in using any project management software will be a bonus
•Sector experience in life science, tech, retail, and education will be advantageous
•Bachelor’s degree related to business and above

•This is a full-time role
•Working hours 9.00am-5:30pm with flexible working
•Occasional after-hours client responses will be required as part of the work
•You must have legal rights to work in the UK
•20 days holidays plus Bank Holiday

Payment protection is in place
Before you start the project, you and the Client must agree to requirements, a fixed price, deliverables and possibly milestones. All jobs posted on Crayfish require full advance payment by the Client, held in our PayPal Holding account, to cover the value of a fixed price project or the value of the successful bid.
Payments are released when the Client approves work
When you complete the work, the Client can either approve your work and release payment or request modifications to the work. You will receive the project amount minus 25% Service Fee that Crayfish charges for providing this service.
What happens next?
The client will evaluate your proposal along with others and decide which one to accept.
Watch out for email notification from Crayfish. You will only be informed of the Client’s selection if you win the project.
Make your proposal competitive when no budget has been specified. Your price needs to include Crayfish’s 25% fee.
