PG目前正在招聘的双语BDM(商务拓展经理)将主要涉及与客户建立和管理关系,开启并成功将PG作为其首选合作伙伴。

国际商业拓展经理(中国区)
年薪:人民币40-50万元 + 销售佣金(佣金上不封顶!薪资以英镑结算)
工作地址:可远程工作(必须base在中国大陆地区,可居家办公)


岗位职责

推动中国区的销售和公司品牌发展
在所辖区域内与核心客户建立并发展互利创造共同利润的业务关系
制定并执行战略销售增长计划,以扩大客户群
识别和开发新的业务线索和机会
重塑业务网络和供应链
收集市场咨询
客户开发和管理
识别关键联系人并与之互动
及时了解产品和竞争对手动向
实现并努力超越销售目标和关键绩效指标
参加行业活动并前往海外参加会议
根据需要维护客户数据库

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and brand development within China
• Establish and grow beneficial and profitable business relationships with key customers within defined territory
• Create and execute strategic sales growth plans, that expand the customer base
• Identifying and developing new business leads and opportunities
• Disrupting established networks and supply chains
• Gathering market intelligence
• Account development and management
• Identifying and engaging with senior contacts
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
• Attending industry events and travelling to overseas meetings
• Maintain customer database as required

The Person:

• Fluent in English as well as Mandarin or Cantonese 
• Must have trading experience in sectors of paper, or metal, or chemical etc.
• Have customer resources in these targeted sectors: pharmaceutical, cosmetics, e-commerce packaging
• Able to understand and influence across diverse customers/markets/channels
• New market entry
• Determination to succeed even within challenging market conditions
• Commercially astute
• Clear and impactful multi-layer communication and presentation skills
• Strong business development and networking abilities
• Ability to brand build as well as commodity trade
• Demonstrate a blend of entrepreneurial and process driven mentalities
• Team player as well as motivated individual operator
• Driven, resourceful, proactive, and resilient
